Amazing. Everything at like 8 or 9?

My IPH is almost 15K/hour, without any gem buildings. The following buildings were upgraded to Level 10: 1x Castle, 2x Silos, 2x Leatherworkers, 2x Library, 1x Playhouse, 2x Bazaars, 2x Cottages.

I upgraded my bazaars and cottages only recently, when I was prepping for my BD 10 run and in order to increase the gold I could recover in a short timeframe, in order to offset partially the increased gold amounts required for the Boss Events. It has been somewhat useful, and I will probably upgrade my Farms after having completed some other upgrades, as while making these upgrades I could allocate all my revenue to strengthening my army.

There is still a lot of room for improving my IPH...
