He doesn't cheat. You can still find people in your rivals list regardless if they're in your mafia or not. I like to have those people I rob in my mafia as well, I can keep tabs on them and update my robbing list. It's very sportsmanlike, as the game is called crime city. I get guys like you all the time; I rob them and they talk about 'harassing'. I don't know what game you are playing, but I and some other fervent robbers play another game.

I think it's the best building in the game because of my future upgrade options, based on dIPH/t, 7 of the top 10 are bank upgrades. The other 3 are the 9-10 upgrades for NC, Pagoda and Still.

Even at 100% rob rate it's only marginally worse than Pagoda. If you can't collect this at least every second day then there's something wrong.

For the record I get robbed plenty. ;)

How do you bypass it??

You don't have to do anything. People on your mafia turn up on your rivals list. You can attack and rob them when they do. You cannot, however, attack and rob from your mafia list.

Does anyone remember which event(s) this item was made available?

Im lvl 34 and my stats are ;
Att:12000-13000
Def-15000-16000

I wanted to ask if they are okay? And how can I get a significant boost to make me better, what ways can I do this and how easy is it??
Plus should I stop leveling up to increase stats or keep leveling?

Is there a way to completely delete a character/account from a device? I have been building a second character on a Kindle fire, things were going great at level 27 I had over 16k in both attack and defense. Earlier this week however I was trying to figure out why I hadn't had access to the current LTQ an leather satchel case so I did something stupid without first coming here and researching and reading Assault and Flatteries sticky. I uninstalled and re-installed the app. Doing this caused me to lose many of my looted items and cut my stats down by two-thirds. They are now at 4000 att and 5000 def. I was pissed! And now I'm just depressed. I want to start completely over but everytime I uninstall then reinstall my same old character keeps coming up.

Why can't I start fresh and is there any way to do this on the same device??

Installing and reinstalling the app shouldn't delete anything. You might wanna send in a ticket to support. When I had problems with bluestacks and had to reinstall it my whole game disappeared and support was able to get it back to me.

If you want to start over, you need another device and transfer the game to that device. That will give you a fresh game on your old device.

Thank you for your reply Michelle. And you know it's crazy but for 2-3 days my stats were cut and I couldn't bear to look at it. Then after reading your reply I logged on and BAM! Everythings back to normal. Like ****ing PHEW! LOL. Thanks again!

3 weeks ago i had a bad connection. i removed CC and reinstalled. it worked, and how!
had better connection... but that did not have to do with the game, i know. Anyway,

went 11 levels up (167 to 178) and got 33 hitpoints
all i see now in my wall, are red messages. others around me are over 200K Att/Def.
in those 11 levels i could have my stats.... now they're 1/3rd of others in my level.

earlier i whitdrew 13mil for buying weapons, and as i did i got robbed so i couldn't get 10, but 9 items. i thought as long as you are busy with your money issues (accuiring buildings/weapons), you couldn't get robbed....

does anyone have a good advice?
