I and several of my friends have complained via iTunes support
1. Game is unplayable, many being locked out for multiple weeks
2. The gree fixes don't work or in fact make the game worse
3. Gree refuses to answer customer complaints or issue regular updates..
So far, 6 people I know have seen the money spent on MW last month being returned via a reversal of charges to their accts via iTunes. I myself am done with the game, but if you spent money or want another avenue of complaint then complain thru iTunes support at bottom of iTunes page. They seem to know what customer support means unlike gree

Here'S the skinny, get your refund from Apple while you can! All the complaints filed with them it's just a matter of time before the incompetent company Gree is dropped from promoting their failed products on the IOS platform! The End is Nearer than you think!
I downloaded the iOS update today (8.1.1) and it did nothing to fix the problem. Was secretly hoping apple could fix it with their update, but sadly still the same old thing. Load the game and wait, never get in and the app shuts down. What are we waiting on, haven't had an update in a long time now. Been out of the game over two weeks now. At what point do we get some answers?
Three plus weeks of 2 mins to load game. Latest data push is bringing it up to 3 mins.
Not happy. No not happy at all.
