I just started upgrading one of my Movie Theaters to level 4 now I need to start saving up money for the second one.
Focus on lofts after that and maybe get an upscale or two. Focus on 12, 24, and 48 hour buildings. My level 3 loft makes about 20k more then my level 5 movie theater.
