I wish, that when you submit a support ticket, that it didn't take over 48+ hours for a response, or that when something like this "Epic" mess up occurs, we get some actual feedback in intervals of more than a single response in a 4 day time frame. As for myself, and several other players, we spend actual money on this game, and expect to be treated more like paying customers, rather than a disposable commodity, but then again, customer service/support seems to be a thing of the past.
