Um well you get those both through fusion. For stormrage you need to combine water with wind, and for wind monarch you need to combine water with wind. It's much more likely to get wind monarch than stormrage since the odds of getting each are very different from each other.

As for your last question "how point" that one you'll have to be more specific.

This was one my fusing sequences:

Earth + Spirit = Brawler
Brawler + Atlantean = Swamp Shaman
Swamp Shaman + Roc Feather = Chimera...yep, Chimera
Four original armor sets, three fusion stones and $75K for Chimera :(

I did get Storm Sorcerer and Sky Guardian on back-to-back fusions though, so Wax is right :)

Can anyone tell me if its possible to fuse a "+"? Yes I know you have to unlock it first, but once unlocked can ya do it? Or must all +'s be crafted.

A + must be crafted.

So... Just fused a nice spectral captain armor (L70) with a firestorm finery (L50 uncraftable). I even improved both to L20. What did I get? A freaking Atlantean avenger. Looks like I'm on the path to greatness!!

First off I'd like to say that I made a HUGE typo in that post. For Wind Monarch it's actually Mystic and Wind, not Water and Wind.

Second, if you're trying to get Stormrage I'd go with the Seafoam and Wind Warrior if that's all you have. If you have rarer armor it'll be more likely you'll get Stormrage, problem is you'll have more combinations that you may not want to get.

I would refrain from using any kind of good armor for fusing. Just roll the dice with basic or pure armors and save the stronger stuff for enhancing later. Saves a lot of headaches.

I just combined a Hydra Hunter's Mail lvl7 with Wing Warrior's Armor lvl1 = Stormrage lvl5
