Any update?

The worse thing about this issue is when the game developer goes all silent with no updates as thousands of players are locked out the game (which is still going on without us).

Seriously, at the very least give hourly updates to the forums about progress in troubleshooting and fixing the bug (if you want your customers to remain your customers). Thank you!!

Hi,

Heard through elsewhere that you want us to post our
Player ID's so you can fix things. Well don't know about everyone else but I can only get mine by getting into the game...bit of a Catch 22 situation. Do people seriosly write down their ID's just in case and is that the expected way?

I was able to get mine off a previous post I had written looking for allies. Otherwise I couldn't have done it.

It's making a mockery of the whole game. Been off for over 3 hours now, yet unfairly the battle is allowed to continue. They're happy to take people's money but the support and service they supply is nothing short of crap!

I am a daily player for over a year and a gold buyer! Modern War is an awesome game! I was playing the game when the first battle for China was declared. I attacked the wall 4 times, then closed the game. A few minutes later, I tried to connect to the server. I received a message that I couldn't connect to server. I have tried over a dozen times!

I have spent a whole lot of time preparing for the battle of china and donating to my Faction, which ranked 140 in the last battle.

same here gero..gree should credit everone with 100 gold bars..this could possibly knock us out the top 50 b4 this happen we was in the top 25..i dont understand why they wait till the most important event and have things screwed up...
