I emptied out my energy bar with no success for a box.

I've 2 parts so far with 2.5m, so that's 3 opens and 2 fails so far...

Will it be another 8 parts in the first 2 days and none in the last 4/5 again?

Maybe. I saw the event start form me around 1:30am EST in US. I don't know about you but I'm not staying up all night as I have work. I grabbed a box from pve, failed to open, went to sleep and opened it this morning for a warhead. I'll see what the next few days hold. Boxes will normally come from PvP by the end of the first day. Let the beatings commence. I guess I won't be going for nanos for the next week.

Get in! Second box, second warhead! Wait.... that's been the same pattern for each of the events I've done, and I never got beyond 7!

It is an average thing. You may always run dry spells. I've gone 8-9 without even opening in the middle of the last events. In the Briefacse Event I had 10 fails vs. 3 opens (1 doc)the first day when most people got 3-4 docs in their first 4-5 opens.

I play free and have never got the 10th item yet but attempted quite a few opens (all with medium chance). So unless you spend a lot of gold you are doomed IMO. I will cross my fingers, stand on my head and chant for you though.

At 116K per open, the events get costlier too as you level up. 1000X your level. LOL
