Well today was day #9 and they e-mailed me back and said it was done and the ticket was closed. I tried and it was not transferred. Thankfully after responding to the e-mail I got another e-mail answer within 20 min saying it was done and for me delete and reinstall the app and it would be done. Sadly all that happened was the data was deleted off my new phone for the second time... I still don't have my game transferred but at least they are working on it. I'm hoping I get another response tonight and make some progress. We will see. I'm just glad I'm getting somewhere. I downloaded 5 new games last night but didn't like any of them...
