Yeah... A non-camper wouldn't be the same level as a camper, they'd level far faster and the camper would be playing catch up. Then in the big picture, when all is said and done, the non-camper is level 200 sitting on a pile of respect, the camper is low level with no respect because he doesn't fight and rob a lot. Your analogy of both being the same level is like saying a snail with a rocket strapped to it can be the same as a motorbike, the snail just isn't that way, they are not equal. The non-camper gets a massive lead of fights fought in the long run, you have to think about the big picture.
Two characters start at the same time, one camps, one doesn't. The non camper gets to level 200 with thousands of wins. The camper eventually gets to level 200, he has the respect of the non camper AT THE POINT the non camper HIT LEVEL 200, but the non camper has had thousands of fights in the mean time and much more respect points.
