Is there something wrong with Boss Battle points accumulation?

It all depends on what units you have to attack the Boss with. You must have something very very strong. I think that needing to clear 90 levels is challenge enough, if only because of the amount of time it takes. They need to remember that we do have other things to do in our lives.
