Feedback is ignored.
Players' issues are ignored.
Info is unreliable or nonexistent.

Poor Bolt... sticks a toe into the murky forum water and BAM! GREE launches the most screwed up event in the history of GREE (even worse than Accomplices!) and Bolt has to deal with an entire game of unhappy, blood-thirsty customers.

Not cool, mods! Locking the thread I linked to, sure; completely understandable. Deleting my post? I could live with that. But I bookmarked that thread because it was funny, and I wanted to read it again. Why the Hell would you delete a months old thread?

I can understand deleting spam or advertising threads, but not game related threads.
If they don't want their customers talking about refunds then they should make the game playable.
Apple doesn't even wince anymore.
Most of those refunds are blatant fraud. You got your gold, you got what you paid for. I'm only surprised they aren't coming down harder on this stuff.
The CoC for refund discussion is not new and has been there since the beginning of the Forum Rules. I would take this opportunity to review the CoC.
