Howdy folks - I'm the "off-site" recruiter for the faction Pipe Hitters Union - this is where my LLP account resides at. Pipe Hitters U ranked 881 in BfB.

I'm not trying to sell cake and ice cream here, just presenting an opportunity for those players in a modest IPH (income per hour) bracket, with so-so Att/Def stats (10k minimum and above), and have a strong sense of game play to be active team players.

During BfB, what you see above made up the bulk of Pipe Hitters U - faction members with mediocre to slightly above average stats. So you're asking, "How did Pipe Hitters U make it to the top 1,000?" It was all based on team work, highly active players, and good communication skills. That's it! We beat out factions with players that averaged 55k-65k stats; they won the battle, but we won the war when it came to overall ranking because Pipe Hitters U was simply more active throughout the campaign. Now that we've expanded more spots, we need 5-6 active players...

Here's the requirements:

1. Minimum 10k A/D - we'll guide you in building this up along the way.
2. IPH of 100k - we only expect a daily donation equal to your IPH until you upgrade to a certain IPH level - we prefer for you to improve!
3. Must be VERY ACTIVE. This means participating in our off-site Yahoo Group board, within the faction forum, and through email.
4. Being a Team Player is a MUST. If your faction team mate is upgrading an expensive boost or building, we fully expect others to help cover for them. It's about team work, first and foremost.
5. Part II of being ACTIVE: Play the game as it should be, most especially during World Domination events. PvP Faction events are another story. But for WD, it's an all-hands-on-deck game play.
6. Must improve your account - in other words, we want you to improve along the way.

This is a shot in the dark and a hopeful one at that but it could work.

I am the leader of The Terror Initiative and we are not doing badly. We placed 1177th in B4B with a third of our faction being weak and inactive players, these have been removed. We are now currently at a capacity of 21/32 with each member routinely active. Our current stats are:

I am writing this as a proposition to any faction with a good set of strong active members (up to 10 for now) willing to unite as one before the next war event. I would remain leader but more of just to push the buttons. I lead by example not by force and am always open to suggestions. The previous leader WILL be recognised and respected. This merge would benefit both factions. Just throwing it out there as i feel this will solve all faction recruitment problems.
