I thought of that but it doesn't seem to make any difference. On one account the game is working with the tie-in; on the other, I can't gen in-game, whether Game Centre is active or not.

Same here! I am completely locked out of this incompetently run game. Why can't they just let us download the previously playable 4.4 version until they get their **** together! This debacle is so typical and there apparently is no fix in sight!

While I appreciate your efforts to keep us updated, I don't see how you can possibly say that with any accuracy.
How can you tell whether people are unable to log in or just not playing? I have three accounts, one of which is effectively locked out. That's 33%. On the other hand our faction has 50 members and more than six are having problems and that's before counting those who only communicate in-game.
But, more to the point, even those who can log in are reporting all sorts of problems with crashing, invisible NPCs, even slower speeds than normal, loner and longer freezing, missing bonuses, etc...
I guess Tadaaah is saying "we don't give a crap about your problems because your in the minority"
Everyone, here is the only solution. It took me over two years to figure it out but it actually works perfectly. Delete the game and enjoy everything that life has to offer. Thank you gree for doing one thing right, chasing me away!!!!!
I have spent 20 years in mission critical support and, while I can't call a game mission critical, I would not expect community leaders or moderators to continue to report 'updates'. It is reasonable that the current issues have been escalated to the top of the chain and equally reasonable that we get updates from that person. How about a status update here from a vp of support or development?
Modern War WORKS...! is what I thought after downloading the latest app but now I even can't login! I couldn't participate in last war (got kicked out within 4sec.) and now I miss the FLTQ and all the other events u throw at us..
but then again..it isn't worth complaining as the GREEsupport isn't even listning to my tickets..
I am using a brand new IPad Air 2 with latest iOS. Before updating to 4.5.2, my stats were down several billion, I had a difficult time taping any target in LTQ or missions, but the game loaded fine and so was everything else. Updated to 4.5.2 and my stats are back to normal, but the game takes 2-4 minutes to load up. It is even more difficult to consistently tap a target in LTQ or missions and also to collect or upgrade buildings. The game also freezes for 30-60 seconds at a time every few minutes!
I so believe hubsy is right! The game works perfectly now, as designed...

You won't get any type of reply for a couple more hours. It's only 7:30 in greeland, and nobody seems to roll in until after 9.
As far as the game center, MW was always connected to it in some regard.

I will give you an idea of what I am seeing:
I have several devices but one of my devices is an iPhone 5 running iOS v8.1. I have MW v4.5.1 installed and it works. However I see invisible NPCs that sometimes do not load up or takes forever to load. But the game does load. I won't update the game unless there is a know fix to the issue.
Question. Your dev team seems to think that this is memory related. Why does your team still leave old and un necessary NPCs on the maps? Why not start as a first step by cleaning up all the JUNK first and working from there with the issues as well. I will say that I do see lagging in the game but this is not related to this latest update. It has been this way for a couple months already. The later updates have only compounded the problem to the point of making it more noticeable and unplayable.
