i have been saying this over and again .. we need "hit max" button everywhere! must've suggested this a million times on these forums but greelords are deaf ..

Day 6 still no reply from Gree on my lost hood.
At least I got a reply off Apple and a refund off the gold I spent.
If only Gree had the same customer service has Apple this game would be far better
This thread was okay when it was a more generic bug thread, but at this point it is just individual issues and people will end up disappointed because we do not generally have the ability to solve individual issues through the forums (that is not what the forums are for).
