I've to an iPhone and the update came through and it worked for like an hour and then all of I disappeared and also it said we could upgrade more than one building but it hasn't worked anything going on gree ?????

I downloaded the latest version (3.7) and restarted the app, but didn't see anything come up for this new event. Is it already in progress?
