Fusion will never give anything +. Crafting / Dark Prince Chest is the only way.

I know everyone is going on about the big 4 armours, now my question is, say I have both Jian battlegear and hydra hunter+, am I still better of getting HH+ maxed out?
So I guess it's better of getting the big 4 maxed even though the legendaries have better stats. Just because they're easier to max and will get you out of trouble for any stage
I skipped Crius because I acquired an epic boss armor (Tortoise Dragon) that had the same elements, but I didn't get the +version. I should probably have gone with Crius anyway, and ignored the Boss armor. Until you can get the + version, and max it out, the Epic Boss armors don't pay their way.
As a comparison, I have got two sets of AA+ maxed, and am using them against the current Ancient Dragon boss. They got me to level 15 with no serious worries without resorting to friends (level 15 I used 3 knights, the third one in my weakest wind armor didn't need to fight). My toon is level 102, but 100 maxes out your stats.
Thanks for that info, I think I'll start maxing the big 4.
Also is there a way to get plenty of free gems? I sat through 20 odd videos but now it says there is no more
I initially thought summoning bosses would summon them to fight alongside you; ignorance is bliss. Also no matter how tempting it might be, I wouldn't waste gems on special chests. 3x the chance of a legendary just mean .0003% chance as opposed to .0001%...
for the price of maxing out one piece of boss armor, you could max out all 4 pieces of the big 4 and have some spare change
How do you guys max out those armors so easily? Im struggling to get them past level 20 now, since it costs 1k/upgrade and Im using basic armor as upgrades...
Try using snake skin armor. Takes longer but far cheaper.
I usually keep a stockpiled snakeskin armors and leave 4 slots open for basis. I keep farmin more snake skin mats for crating later. Use basics still it gets too expensive for you and then switch to snakeskin.
One question on that. While Snakeskin work fine for regular enhancing armors, time-critical stuff like the Dragon armors right now seem to favor strongly using non-craftable fusion armors.
However, obviously, even if I can produce enough gold to pay for the fusion, Fusion stones are the limiting factor. Is there any data on the ratio of fusion stones in the cheaper chests? Is it worthwhile to open a couple of silver chests for example to get more fusion stones? Or gold chests, because of the chance to get the bonus xp fusion armor?
I figure, because in the cheaper chests there are not so many armors, the chances to get what you want out of them are higher.
No data on that at the moment, or at least none that I know of. I'd say either one is fine, depending on which one you have more keys for, though I'm more inclined towards the gold chests.
You can't really assume that though, since the odds probably aren't equally distributed.
Anyways, even for time crucial things like the dragon armors I didn't find the need to use 50ep armors to level the armors.
Ok, thanks for the answer. :)
i have my level 70 armors to level 30.. as far as leveling them up do i stick to just using the basic plus armors to keep leveling them? like fire+ water+ etc...? or is there a better way? please help.
