We believe this is a different experience than the general issue and we'll handle compensation on a case by case basis. Our goal was to reward a large group of players experiencing the same issue. For most players, their progress got stuck or reset temporarily, but they were able to progress through the event eventually.

The fix is going out as we speak.

Any chance we will see skill points/ defense buildings re-blanced , so they will play a bigger role in the game ?

It seems as if you kinda just give..like its killing you or painful to give .....please consider the Nordstrom customer service policy....when dealing with us....folks are playing this game right now.....not because of your product.....but because of the network of friends they have developed. If you allow more folks to quit and leave game customers are going to leave

You make a great point. Our games are extremely social and that's a huge part of it. We're are working hard to better your customer service experience. As you pointed out, our games are played with multiple people at a single time. Sometimes that means we have to try and find a happy medium aimed at the majority of players. We are more than happy to handle individual situations on a case by case basis, please just send in a ticket.

In Germany we say: many small cattle produce a huge as well...

When will we see an alliance defense bonus? Why are health regen bonuses typically only offered in the 1st and 2nd place spots? Are we going to see new faction bonuses come out as a lot of factions are now maxed? Are you considering any bonuses for stamina outside the flag bonus?
