Who, iTunes? I have several times, phone, email... I've been whining about it on here for a few days. :P
This is why I'm so frustrated. When I call them they have to Instant Message the Tech employee and not until that person replies can they reply. Their duty is to sit on the phone with me and relay the words the Tech IM's them while we're on the phone.
Or you can wait for an email response which for me has been a string of the same responses from someone.. It reads like an automated email if you ask me.
Really all it is, is some red flag putting a stop on my transactions due to possible theft/fraud... but the fact I have to go through all of this/that just to get to the end,
stupid. lol
I know nothing will happen this weekend, that's understandable. Just ranting... :P
Oh lmao, they disabled my account once for "fraudulent activity" and I called them and they fixed it within 2 days.
