Do not update to 4.5.2, it causes more problems. Many cannot log in at all now. Gree is obviously not bothering to test the updates at all before they put them out. Hard to understand all the events being rolled out as if a huge percentage of the game that can't even play don't exist. It seems that about 10-15 percent basically have an unplayable game. Another portion have issues, but can play their games to some extent, though very slow, and prone to crashing, freezing etc.
While we are working on this issue because we want you all to be able to get back into the game. We can confirm it is much much lower than 10-15%.Quote:

That is a good question, if you cannot access your player you can't send a ticket. In the version prior to this on some devices you couldn't send tickets because the app crashed as soon as you hit send.
