well we have had so much fun, however waiting all this time for rewards puts a damper on winning stuff, my faction members are ready to quit. We got top 1000 but only two of us has gotten rewards. This new event, some of my members cannot play it, it has not appeared, so now they are so far behind they know winning is out of the question. Plus how can we utilize our rewards, get the advantage over our enemies with our newest unit, when we do not get it in a timely manor. I received a email from support saying ticket closed with NO reward in inventory, REALLY? Then my second base still has not seen the reward. Then whoever does the scheduling does not look at a calendar before scheduling events, what an idiot. Holidays should be off limits, period. A lot of factions have members traveling, visiting family members. If I ran a business like this one is being ran, I would be out on my ear, If I owned this business I would be cleaning house, firing programmers, whoever schedules events, and customer support. This blunder could cost this company a lot of money! I have told all my allies to protest, not to buy any gold! If we all quit giving this company money on "cyber units," we might get their attention. They should hold all events until they have identified all programming bugs. Plus it would help if they communicated with their unhappy customers, let us know that they know Houston has a problem. Giving us a little gold does not make up for their blunders! The more mistakes they make, the less money they earn.I play two bases because I cannot sync. how stupid is that?? Going from MW to CC is like going from a cadillac to a Volkswagen, it is pitiful. I convinced some gamers from CC to play MW and they agreed, however they are reading the post of gamers, seeing the mistakes, some have deleted both games, more money lost times two. How long will it take to run program and see mistakes? Evidently, a very long time. maybe the board should fire CEO? Maybe the company that bought this got a bad deal?

I have two bases since I cannot sync ipad and iphone, but my iphone did not have event show up!! So now I am so far behind no way to catch up. And on top of that, my phone base has not even gotten the war reward. This is a unfair playing field, not everyone has been caught up from other event. What a joke! So, now I have ipad base that finally got reward today, then my pad base event started hours after others have been playing! The phone base zilch!! So, who else is having issues? I have a whole faction with only two that have reward from war.Why don't they halt all events, correct problems get all rewards out before starting new event with a new set of problems? They will get so far behind they may never catch up! Then how much money will they lose while wondering what happened? Everyone should tell their allies to stop buying everything, maybe someone will listen to us then!

No intel because they cannot get anything right? Last war is a disaster for them, too many did not get rewards, now new event is screwed up from beginning. So how can they put out intel on next war when they cannot figure out what went wrong with the rewards not being given out. They will end up so far behind they cannot get caught up. Following the Egypt event my rivals list has players from levels 110-160 and none are less than 60-70k, but most are in the 100k-300k range. Should this be happening or is this a glitch? I used to only see rivals that are a few levels higher and a few lower than mine. I am currently at level 132, so is there anything that I can do to fix this?

Yes, I am addicted to MW not proud but it is what it is. Lets get this straight, golds too expensive, rewards you get are inequitable to money/time spent, battles are too long and too frequent, the most appalling heisman customer service of any company, units go missing etc but we deal with it all. Now to cap this all off we have the "mission" guff, and yes it is exactly that... guff, I'm on level 12 out of 30, the mission impossible is to raid 29 (twenty nine) sub bases. Now notwithstanding that my game started two days later than it was due I'm playing catch up. If I could only find any that have not been ransacked, however in truth when i do, such as the 19 raids i have scrapped around for, it has so far cost me nearly 300 attack and 250?defense points. No biggie I hear you say, well maybe it isn't however 3 of those hits were against a player with 2000 defense (not deliberate bullying but he had a base left so I hit it) the cost 15 valour units all low to very low casualty rate. I have 42k attack!!!!!!!! When every second mission results in a brick and when you do win a decent unit it's approx half at most what you already lost you have to ask what's the point especially when you consider it exponentially increases in difficulty, what on earth must level 30 look like. Sort this out, you are perpetuating the status quo of the elite factions/players at the expense of new gamers and those without bottomless pockets. I don't expect any reply to this as it would be quintessentially MW to not provide one.

Any way the stats for WD event can display not only Wins and Loses, but wall Hits as well. Many of my team member, including myself, are shield eaters and Wall Destroyers and it would be nice to see a stat showing such.

4. Boss events: With my attack I was able to defeat the first 17 bosses with free hits. Then after that I was only able to defeat 6 more before you made it to expensive or impossible. Making it a challenge is great, making it impossible for the lower level guys is stupid and starts to turn into a drag!

Again thank you for hearing us! I hope you will make the changes to keep the free and lower level players still interested while you keep the gold spenders and upper level players happy.

Seriously this is the worst event. 40 munition stockpiles really? How about if it was 20 instead of 40. That would be more reasonable. I'm pretty sure the event started late so maybe it should be extended because these buildings replenish every 24 hours. Makes no sense. Way to make it close to impossible.

Plus for levels 16 (modified fighter 266/144) and 20 (riptide runner 325/225) you receive what seem like strong units, until you realize you just lost 200 units and didn't get a gold one in exchange. Casualty rate: Low. After 46 natural gas and 45 fights for one challenge you should get a gold unit. The next challenge, which is for one concrete block (another topic for another time), requires a mere 102 more wins! I'd say shooting for what likely isn't even a gold unit at level 22 makes ZERO sense!

firstly, the amount of times that the game freezes is horrific,,,im in middle of raiding someone I took a half hour to find and then it suddenly quits....

second, in superioty there are no rewards...I got to lvl 14 and didn't get any prizes. only valor

third, the casualty rate when raiding someone 7 k points under shouldn't be minus 3-4.

4th, the amount of money when buying gold is way too much.....

5th the constant updates that don't do anything

6th, when reporting error....it doesn't seem like anything happens

I think there are hackers.,,,,a guy attacked me and I won..i attack back after 2 hours and then see when raiding him his level is 125? What do you do vs hackers?>

Why not make a cash reward payout of 5x the persons defense that you attacked in PvP. That would make the unit losses at least bearable by giving some money to replace them and it will keep the whales from picking on the weak. I would keep the over vault the same, just add the 5x defense cash pay out so there are no $0 rewards when we are loosing $50k - $5m worth of units. I would not take cash away from the looser for the 5x, just use it as a reward like the valor.

We finished 3rd, 4th and 4th in the PVP events and 11th in Brazil .

We are complaining about the scoring system that has been created for Greenland. The changes are unfair and have been introduced and WITHOUT NOTICE.

The DOGS fought Brazil with 40 members and as you will see nearly averaged 230 points per hit.

The current scoring system is more advantageous to lower level players and disadvantages the high players.

We have come to this war with 50 players even more gold we are struggling to stay in the top 25. This scoring is absurd not to mention the hacking teams out there that you allow to play. We came to war built on our learning from Brazil looking to break the top 10 - our rightful placement. That event awarded more points to lower stat players - WHY ? How can you change the dynamics of the game without telling us.

The DOGS of WAR respectfully ask that the scoring given to this team has been affected by whatever is going on. Another glitch ?! If we're getting the same score ratio would be in top 10.

If you do not recognise this situation as being SERIOUS and disrespectful to the time, money and commitment placed into this game then we will resign. That is not a threat it's fact. To keep people motivated and playing while you leave no support or credible back up is unacceptable. We have fought hard and well . Gree has let us down. Investigate our score and undo this wrong.

Also- you cannot promise on the forum that war will be shorter and then throw in the hand grenade that its 5 days again. That is to much and you need to stand by your word.

Please provide a clear resolution to the issues I have cited. Our stats from B4B are attached for you to compare. This game is becoming more unenjoyable than fun. Please sort this out.

the game is full of glitches too like 1000% valor, no casualties, ... Some of my teammates have this glitch.

The game glitches are numerous. Desert night watchman +10% casualties, glacier patrol +3% upgradetime, black shark helicopter +2% casualties, .... I want to give this rewarded units back to GREE! Every fight it takes away my biggest valor units and brigands. Guys with no casualties glitch in my team, pvp win or lose dont matter, no casualties! Got pics from my mates screen. Lose fights when you win em by 15 k... Got pics
Sorry GREE you are messing up the game for alot of light/heavy gold players everybody wants the 'superman glitch'
We wont spent a dime next event and are waitin for updates to remove all the glitches!! Time to clean the mess up and make it a fair game for everyone the same.

field such as war ended for some in my faction that lived in Europe while we were doing last
battle. Now, during first battle we lose half of faction to server problems!
