I've also started up a new Faction after becoming a little frustrated with the lack of "action" by others in my previous faction including the leader, and am recruiting... I am Level 92, have over 300 allies and attack/defense strength over 50000.
I am looking to build a strong faction with many COMMITTED members therefore have set min eligibility criteria.
Minimum level 50 with min 100 allies. Plus, particularly for weaker members, commitment to increasing your strengths, to aide your own growth but also the faction's.
Committed to aiding the faction in the ongoing monthly events (need to be almost an hourly player at these times whenever the realities of life permit!) - by taking part!
Understand the benefits in donating generously to the faction: build up boneses to improve our strength/defense etc. These are increasingly costly but affordable if the faction members work together- and worthwhile/necessary.
