I haven't received a reply from gree support but after reading the comments above I am no longer hopeful. Considering how much real $$ I spent During the war, this is completely unacceptable.

Yea I also did not receive the rewards. However my guild leader said you actually have to have fought/gained points in the actual battle, is this true? Since most players couldn't play, I assume most players did not get their placement reward.
If this is not the case, Gree screwed up once more and I did not get anything
It isn't the case, someone in my guild also didn't receive the rewards and I know for a fact that he earned points. Also, I imagine Starve earned points for his guild, as he seems to be quite the elite player ;)Quote:
