I'm at 8 fuses in a row now with 3-star armors and got 2-star armors in return. That's 192 hours of crafting time to get 4 2-star armors.
Although I once fused a Blazeborn, and that made me mad, so I fused that with a Rocfeather, got a legendary and fused it with Infernal and got... another Blazeborn. 2 epics in 3 fusions... pretty sure that screwed me on my fusions for a while.
I couldn't fuse an epic for my first 6 months then I basically fused 6 back to back... First was the Beastmaster, the Aquatic, another Aquatic, Dragonborn, Komodo, and then the Sky Majesty... All with in like 5 days of one another.
My buddy seems to fuse them all the time though... 2 Komodos, Blazebourn, Cryptid, and Aquatic and those are recent ones that come to mind.
But I saw that someone wanted verification on the Dragonborn, if u didn't get it yet, I fused one about 2 weeks ago. Love it; replaced my Hellfire!
I fused Chaos Vanguard(mono mystic) just before this last raid ended. Used behemoth's Vanguard(fire/mystic) with resurrected ironguard (mono water),
Wasn't sure if it was doable, but hell, it was. Kinda wierd that a combination of water, fire and mystic gave a mono epic.

After some fusions i got komodo, i fused 2 armors and with the result i added another armor and after 4 or 5 fusions i got Komodo. Some days ago i did the same, after 2 or 3 tries i got Arcane. Did fuse arcane with another armor and got a 4 star, fused that with another 4 star and got triskelion
Fused rocfeather with armor of the infernal lord, got armor of the bear. Fused armor of the bear with morax+ and got cryptid
