I don't know, it's probably just security protocol..Not even a person. 2 devices may seem like fraud from 1 credit card...

That's all totally understandable but what gets me is how they have support set up. It's bogus. Obviously with the date
it can't be resolved quickly. Weekend and Easter all together. I'll be lucky to get a decent response by Monday evening.
