When should I keep money in the bank and pay the 10% service fee? Is based on the amount of money collected?
All the time unless ur very strong for ur lvl

He means that the closer your hood is to square, the more total area you have. Therefore, to fit in the most buildings, expand equally in both directions.

I believe that that is your problem- you should see the iph shoot back up after the pagoda is done. I would recommend continuing to upgrade the pagodas too because they are awesome buildings!!

I see other level 71 players with 20-30k in Attack/Defense with even less mafia members, say like 35 mafia members and 35k attack and 36k defense, i suppose since i dont purchase Gold, are my stats still too low for not using gold? or about right?
It's not high, but I would recommend staying at this level for a while. Increase your IPH, participate in boss events, collect-10's. Don't do too much LTQ's and PVP.Quote:
