Yep Riot npcs.... High Mountain village has one thats 19k energy per hit... ARE YOU SERIOUS GREE
it may be that this is their way of discouraging pre-staging and that energy will decrease when it goes live ....
just a guess :)

where do they start
Recommend not pre-staging "Ranking" targets. They're probably going to be reduced before event start like they did last FLTQ. Suspicious Village - Ranking Grunt 7,710 energy per hit.

Not confirmed, but the NPC name is similar: Individual LTQ "Blood & Steel" from April 15 - April 17
