I finally decided to uninstall and reinstall. Nothing changed. Still seeing green arrows. This is really annoying!
Did GREE(d) layoff its game testers or are they just not bothered about testing stuff before they release? I mean GREE(d), you're making millions off the game, and all we ask is to test the effing game before you send out updates to the world!!
Its is annoying... just hope when they fix it they dont break something event worse.. haha

yeah we should get some compensation dont hold your breath ... after saying there"onto it" it must be said the wheels of gree turn very slowly ... not only the green arrow bs bug the smugglers grate event has started but still not pushed to my device ho hum all i can suggest is you go back to play store and downgrade if its not allready your review like i have let other people know what they will experince if they have an android device..

Green arrows now gone from hood....
They are also gone missing from italian jab...
Updated data-set. Green arrows still there on BlueStacks, still not there on my Android phone. GREE doesn't owe us anything. It looks pretty. It's like having 350 turrets without one of them being lvl9! I like it! I vote it stays this way.

yesterday got a new dataset, downloaded it and there we go .. now my hood looks a huge mess of green pointers :(
There is a lot of green arrows in my hood after update 3.6.0.4 too.
Before update I had green arrows over Machine Gun turrents ("Machine Gun malfunction" quest) and over Dockside mill ("Dockside Mill madness" quest) only. Well, this quests must by related with the effect.
The game crashed twice during restart, but after downloading actual data it is stable again (still crashes with ~20% probability when returning to my hood from maps or when trying to explore other's hood)
Can't see any other glitches.

Got to say that in one of the elite levels of the Jab event I also had a non-green arrow hood. I had to watch carefully which target I had to hit for the event. As I am an old dude (43 years) I ofcourse didnīt write down which elite-lvl event it was ;)
