There's no point reasoning with idiots. KoD can't even read a simple splash screen. So yeah, a real genius right there.
Onto more important matters. goowokji's thinking is correct.
If no one levels, who is going to feed the whales? So Gree gives campers some bait in the form of LTQ prizes to level them into whale territory. Once you're in that zone, it's serious business. You either quit out of frustration, or spend on gems out of frustration. Either way you will be frustrated. But who is to blame when you (the player) is the one that took the bait?
Your calculations are wrong. Secondly LTQ drops are far far more powerful than any you can buy, thirdly long term play has two outcomes, camp your butt off but still have to eventually level up, or level up and camp later, both require excessive time but if you spend your time doing LTQ's, boss events and PvE to gain a dozen items or more every time more powerful than Dragons and gold based items... over the TIME most campers spend winging about exp. avoiding it and scrouging away like misers, and you'll be replacing your units that can die with units that can't. Me yes I use gems, but I also have pure free camping accounts for fun. I understand both psychologies and still stand here and say, you WILL all eventually level up so might as well do it now and have active fun playing daily getting cool loot and creatures that can't die and focus less on saving for that 1 million for months for your final upgrade... at level 50. Enjoy a l;ittle game for what it is, camping is fine but if you ever thought a game would benefit non payers it wont. For the first time in history free players actually CAN get some great items being clever and playing. Last year GEM spenders had the advantage in a massive way, now its less, 1500 units that cant die is 1500 units that cant die, so focus on that long term thought, even low stat ones you could forget the whole buying thing and just buy equipment and do boss and LTQ's and scratchies for free and build over a year 1500 undying units armies! sigh... no one thinks this stuff through properly... good night
^ You mean see your post above...
Very rarely do I reason with ill-sighted people like you. But nonetheless, you seem genuine and not the trolling type. So I will attempt to reason. Your lack of prudence however, is troubling.
Take a chill pill and have a good think about the lack of merit in your advice. You win a few LTQ prizes. You become stronger. But now you're thrust into whale territory. What is the point of becoming a little stronger when your environment becomes significantly harsher? This is a game of relativity. Your advice leads free players to become relatively weaker. The only way a free player can remain strong is to avoid the whales completely by camping.
I can camp indefinitely and only level when conditions are truly no longer favourable for campers. You can argue it's boring to camp, but that only means you lack self-restraint. A lack of self-restraint is exactly what Gree wants from you and is the recipe for disaster for any player, free or gem spender. This game isn't designed to be won. It's designed to bleed you dry. Camping is the only way to avoid this Gree-tactic.
Much better now I can respond on equal level. Yes I understand your view point and yes.. I lack self restraint as an individual just look at my profile of me wearing my bathers over there "I want it all now" however I see this as a game and my thoughts used to be with yours (now you're sparckling ... Did you miss-spell that on purpose?) when I was a gem spender last year both in MW and KA units were not way over what in game cash/gold can buy so the money invested mostly gave you the advantage of replacing units that die with ones that don't. The more powerful ones gave you a jump of a few hundred at most each for quite a lot of money. Both in MW and KA this went out the window in several ways:big boss, LTQ's... Even in a mild way scratchies. these events give free players an ability to earn even medium (before insane stats started) level units that can't die equal to what early gem spenders invested in at great cost but for nothing! It devalued the gem spending of the early days, players spent less because now EVERYONE was getting the units for free that used to cost. gem spenders felt ripped off. It seems gree reacted by upping stats to reatract the gem spenders again they had so badly peeved off. Like me. So yes by spending gems now I along with thousands of other have high but very variable stats. But my free account for example has over 200 units that can't die all as or more powerful than dragons after a year... So my point stands. Don't bother saving for dragons if you are happy to take time gold is defunct except for boost buildings and cash to help in boss events. Ultimately ANY player with time is going to have an undying army more powerful than dragons anyway. As long as you can play the constant boss and LTQ's as far a you can you will ultimately become a pure undying army anyway. Gem spenders within a year, free players gradually over longer but ultimately they will be better off far sooner than campers. sparkle when you post properly I am also happy to answer properly.
KoD, he's a straight troll(and a cheating one, at that). Don't feed him.
While I agree with your premise that we will all eventually need to level up, and that camping is generally bad to start now, it's still an effective tactic at the extreme low levels. However, it's no longer the panacea to fix all wrongs that it used to be. The longer you need to camp to finish your overvault upgrades, the more LTQs you miss and the farther you fall behind when you do eventually decide to level. If in fact you decide that you absolutely never want to spend to play this game, then you pretty much can't level or you won't be competitive. If you don't want to be competitive, then what's the point? Camping is supposed to end, but as it stands, it truly is smarter for a CFP to never stop camping. They'll never ever compete at higher levels.
General, balanced advice for any player : if you don't mind spending every few LTQs, then camp only as long as you need to in order to build your (not yet defunct) bd10. Then do every LTQ that you can. If you are dead set on remaining a CFP, then you pretty much need to stay at low levels for ever. It's not the same game it was a few months ago, where an army full of dragons meant you were safe from all but the deepest pockets. Now every Tom **** and Hairy has one, and about 200k stats from LTQs to boot. If you don't want to drop everything in your life when your manors come due, then you'll not want to be up here.
Enough for now.
If you want to camp and don't participate in LTQ/LTE, you will have imho a gap that you can't close anymore compared to a free player that does the LTQ/LTE. Any free good indestructible unit is great.
