Our faction ldr is knocked out completely, don't have his id yet, but we're sitting ducks right now. We are also not seeing who is declaring war messages.

Globe shows faction is in battle, then when I click the globe it reports that we are not at war. Then magically updates and shows status of war. Battle list is empty. Then when I go back to my base, the globe shows that we are not at war.

If I exit the game, then it shows that faction is in battle again.

Rinse and repeat.
