That's really messed up that CJ's only response is "Deal with this through a ticket!" but you haven't gotten any replies from a ticket. Way to just blow off your customers, CJ.

I saw no issues at all during the war, I also took part in the battles I could around friends/family/work and generally having a life. as a result I spent no money, we finished top1000 and got good rewards for the effort put in, all for free.
There was some back and forth between a real human being from support.
First it was tough luck, then it was, we cant do that we deleted the prizes and cant hand them out. Now its, your issue is being forwarded to a "Crime City Player Experience Specialist"... no response for almost 2 weeks now. Tried reopening ticket, no response.

I should add. They had a couple of my email addresses blocked for god knows what reason... So it took a few emails to even get the initial automated response.
