Nowhere on my iPad does it show syndicate options? Is there a splash screen?
I've been looting bricks for the last 12+ hours but they don't show up anywhere on my inventory.

As long as the first event is far enough in the future, the delay for android sholdnt hurt too much. You're still getting bricks, and you've got fair warning to save cash to donate. Sure you lose the upgrade effects for however long it's delayed, but in the grand scheme of things it's not going to seriously damage your syndicate.
Of course, if they start first event just as it's being unrolled for android that would be incredibly unfair.
Do syndicate bonuses earned apply to just those fights or do they apply to all aspects of the game? For example: If we have +5% Defense building does that apply just for things going on in syndicate or is it for all dealings in the game?
Not liking the constant vibrating notification. I have turned off CC notifications and yet they still ::vvbbbbbrrr:: constantly! How am I going to discreetly have this game on at work?! >.<
