Yes it tell you what weapons you can expect and price but no level guide.

I sent a couple of mob requests from my camper Vito Bugatti to Bala and Fuzz Ball's low level campers. Check my hood out, it is primarily based on the $Gain/hr/hr building order. Though I have put some gold into crates and ice cream shops.

On that note, Ice Cream shops work very well with Italians, and they are cheap for gold building.

I just bought two Empire theaters 250g each. Lvl 10s will produce 37k each every 3 hours. yeeeeeeah(: i have 2 lvl 4 MTs and my game started 3/25

When you see nightclubs at low levels I'd say the odds are very high that you are looking at a money glitcher.

I have been camping since Nov 24, 2011. Took me slightly over a month to save up for the night club. Anyone who would like to see their economy jump exponentially should save up for night clubs once they have a minimum 50k/hr.

You can easily tell if people are cheating at low or any levels if you see they have income/hr under 60k even with 1 night club in their inventory. If you subtract the $/hr gain they should have an income of about 30k prior to saving up for nc.
In this situation it would take them many months to save for the nc which is highly unlikely. Having a nc does not automatically place you in the cheating category. You should have a look at their inventory and see whether they have items that their economy would be highly unable to support. Telltale signs are buying top in game cash items way beyond the need of their existing mob.

Real cheaters are taking a long time to get banned. No one gets banned without a thorough investigation. If you have done nothing wrong then what is there to worry about?
