What are the faction propoganda used for. How do you go to another level and how do

yes I saw those and the 4 accounts in faction that can get past lvl33 did, but 8 won't help us finish stage 3 I think and also the x0 & x5 tier prizes are less than half the stat from last EB so even less reason to carry on, main can get to lvl70 but the prizes barely make it into army and probably won't for long
