does these boost buildings apply to attack and defense for instense that driving school says increase car power 5%, does that mean atk and def, also does this apply to weapons before atk and def mods for vehicles applies. ultimately do these boost effect raw stats or not

The boost level will increase with each level of the building and will cost cash to upgrade. Don't know how much cash though!Quote:
