Been playing a few months... probably a terrible player but I am giving it a go.
I have developed a stalker...
The guy attacks and loses every time, but succeeds in 1 out of 5 robberies so he isn't getting much.
More of an annoyance than anything... however... I can't rob him back.
He never has any buildings to rob... ever.
3 days now and none of his buildings ever has anything to rob.
Based on his attack pattern over the last 2 weeks I would guess that his prime time is ahead of me by 8-10 hours.
I watched him for 3 hours this evening, none of his buildings had any money to loot for 3 hours.
I would load his hood every 3 minutes by going back to mine... then news... revenge, etc.
His profile listed the same amount of money so he either keeps that exact amount in hand every time he loots or his builds ARE lootable and I simply cannot do it.
So my questions... he is 3 levels below me now, and not leveling at the same rate I am.
In 2 weeks I have gained 3 levels and he has not gained any so he is just camping there
and being an annoyance to me at best.
But I cannot rob him back at all?
Why is that?
I have tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- Transferred the game to another device
- Wiped data
Yet I still cannot rob him back.
Is there an issue with out level gap that is preventing that?
Certainly there is an explanation as to why this is going on.

Probable reasons:
1. He has only 8/12/24 hour cycle buildings and collects on time.
2. He isn't collecting his buildings at all (ie, they're all robbed already, and he just leaves them).
3. A combination of the above (ie, he isn't collecting his LMs, 1hr and 3 hr buildings).
If you are out-leveling him then simply don't respond. You'll drop off his news feed, and you're already off his rivals list.

I actually tried to attack him over the course of him sleeping and I attack him just over 60 times.
I then left some buildings alone and did not collect... and he was able to come back and rob me so the option to revenge is still on his list.
This is an interesting thing for me because I would like to learn the mechanics and his theft of $200 isn't hurting me at all but I do not understand what mechanic HE is using to be able to rob me while I can't seem to be able to do it back.
I have started to time his attacks and they are damn near on the minute these last 2 days
so I am wondering if this is some kind of hack being utilized.

If you attack or rob him he has a link to your hood. If you have uncollected buildings he can rob you.
You can only rob him if he has uncollected buildings. Since he is collecting on time, that won't happen. So don't attack or rob him.
Doh... I get it now.
The attack button take you to a results screen that then has a rob option...
That explains why he always attacks first...

Another thing. Just because his building are collected doesn't mean he's using s cheat to do it. A lot of people here set timers to collect their buildings on time.Quote:

Looking for a toxic barrel in crime city with 100 attack 75 defense. Anyone know where to find it. I might be a little off on the stats? I heard about it and would like to find it :-)
That was a limited time special item. When you attack/rob a player, you can click on this item in their inventory. In that case, I believe it would say "X gold" and "LIMITED" on the top, indicating that you couldn't buy it even if you had the gold.
During a battle, does it matter when the wall comes down for 2x points. Can you attack a syndicate and then take the wall down 1/2 through and double all points pre wall down?
