Who are we?
We are an international group of players, linked by our enjoyment of MW, a strong sense of fair play and honour, and our commitment to having fun and playing better. We do need some active participants from the other side of the Pacific. We range from experienced and senior players to beginners.
What are we looking for?
We want our faction to have fun and benefit from the faction bonuses we have earned. We find things work best if members play daily, with additional activity at the occasional weekend.

What is the process of selection?

Yes.
If you have better bonuses and are prepared to accept an incoming force of 10 players of mixed abilities, we'd consider moving.
Similarly, we'd welcome a group into our faction.
How do we feel about gold?
We love having gold but don't need it much.
What roles within the faction are we looking to enrol into?
We have a strong defence leader and strong leaders on both sides of the Atlantic. We need to develop a recruitment strategy for when we expand our guild, which will need someone to take the officer role of recruiter. We also need an officer to take the role of communications director, as we currently rely on the in-game forum. The other key roles to be filled are in our kamikaze units, which require low level players to take the first assault in every battle.
