there are new Extremist NPCs which is for next FLTQ.

so extremist leader in High Mountain Village is prolly 20/20 master..trying to figure out setups..

There are 2 more, Activist and Attacker on suspicious village that I think must be the beginning of Master.

Hacker and Gunner on Hijacked Port are normal targets, not part of Master.

It's driving me nuts, what exactly does "NPC" mean? Non Player something?
