Must be a daily player!
Income Per Hour must be more than 200K
Must donate on a regular basis (no minimum although if you don't contribute, you'll get replaced)
Must communicate on Syndicate forum and help out where needed.

Respect Payout - Max'd Out
Jobs Payout - 10%
Car Defense - 15%
Building Output - Max'd Out
Melee Defense - Max'd Out
Gun Defense - Max'd Out
Armor Attack - 5%
Armor Defense - 15%
Explosive Defense - 15%
Building Defense - 5%
