idk if anyone has heard of the "Tough Mudder" but it is a 13-mile run with 20+ obstacles incorporated throughout the course designed by the French Military.
The Wounded Warrior Program creates these courses all over the country to help raise money for their program. They are trying to make this the new "Iron Man" challenge. And believe me, it was tough! The hills (in Patterson, CA) were so extreme throughout the ENTIRE course that some involved crawling in order to climb.
I did the Tough Mudder just this Saturday and filmed it with my headcam to make a video. Enjoy and I hope maybe some of you will be interested!(:
