should I craft a 2nd Jackalope+ before 30% crafting time goes away? it'll be space -1 for a week and I'm unsure if I'll even need 2 of them despite having materials for 2+ versions

If you aren't going to use it not really. Lots of better ways to spend your money/armorsmith space.

Jack+ is best armor for WF. I had 3 70/70 Jian+ for last boss

But for the average person crafting a 2nd jackalope+ right now they wouldn't even be able to level it before WF is gone.

If I fuse a non-craftable armor (StoneScale + DragonFlame = Molten Shroud, for example), can I level the Molten Shroud to 25 and then if I happen to fuse it again (another SS + another DF = another MS), will I get the '+' version the second time?

Unfortunately no. The only way to get uncraftable + armors is from DPCs.

I'm crafting Jackalope+ right now, my first + Epic Boss armor, and the first armor I'll get to level 70, though probably not before this boss leaves as I have a lot of real life in the next week.

At level 25 it exceeded the lvl 35 stats on regular Jackalope. At level 38 it will exceed the stats on lvl 50 HH+ (not same elements I know) which my main knight is currently wearing against this boss, and in the area. That will trigger a change of line up for both events.

When u sommon a boss, what's happened ?
if I spent 5 gem, the boss will come in my team or I will fight him once again ???

Boss Summon = 30 Gems
Current Raid Boss Summon = 11 Gems

and yes u get to fight the boss and reward is specified on the Boss Selection Screen.
