Gree is a mess. We have known that for years. We shouldn't be surprised. I play for/with my friends, no other reason.
Nothing works. Why does Apple agree to carry such a glitched/hacked game?

Yes I upgraded to your latest version (4.5.2) and now the game just crashes. Luckily I got a screen shot of my current gold lvl and cash, etc. hopefully that will come back when you manage to assemble enough collective brainpower to produce an update that actually works !!
Like I said earlier, I'll wait until 4.5.3 comes out and check on this forum for confirmation of an actual fix.
Half our faction is either locked out or has significantly reduced functionality. This is a much bigger problem than is currently being recognized by Gree. There is whole sale talk amongst faction members of quiting the game but so far they haven't.
Thanks Gree for the latest update! I really needed 30 plus second rests when I switch from a map to my base. Server lag is beyond stupid! I think heads should start rolling down the hills of San Fransico! Get some new programmers because the clowns you have there now are messing this game up on an epic level!
While it's probably a low overall percentage that are unable to log into the game, many, many more of us are living with a truly bugged game. In that respect, we are ALL affected! The game is slow overall, takes several attempts to log in, freezes throughout game play, many of the temp boosts collected last WD cycle didn't work, many of the perm boosts still don't work, tons of graphical errors....Quote:

The only reason my iOS account was not affected much is that I never updated. Only those factions members that did NOT update can play the game reasonalbly well (considering the the glitches and bugs in the older versions). At least MW is somewhat playable for those few that were cautious about updating.
Also, it appears that android users are not having nearly as severe problems with the current version mess. In some cases, the fix somewhat worked for them...but not for iOS (all iOS machines appear to be affected to one extent or another).
Fortunately I did not update due to being mid-raid boss and not wanting to have issues - boy was that a good decision!
I have Version 4.4, 20141107 42642 build 440.0 running on an iPad 3rd gen with 8.1
No real glitches other than some delays of several seconds on maps and when last hit is delivered on a target.
Also would love to see full stats on all the billion numbers.

Folks, I have a suggestion that is working for some of our guys with iPhone4 and the 4.5.1 update. There is an app called "checker" in the I store. Search for "memory cleaner" it is usually the first FREE app. On IOS7 it's a 2 part cleaner, there is an older version for ios6. Run both the memory & cache cleaners.
Once in game it is helping prevent crashes and letting people move from map to base etc. faster. Good luck!

if it worked because MY GAME WON'T OPEN....3 games,3 years, a couple

I upgraded now to 4.5.2 and don't see difference: game start time is long as it was, building readyness/health indicator is shown over other buildings when you raid, waiting time is not changed in raiding and attacking rivals and targets, messages vanished from COMMENTS wall, etc., ect.Quote:

During WD, before latest IOS update and MW update :
Brix not showing.
Stats jumping all over the place.
Number of units down to 1800 approx.
All bonus units and boost gone.
Even nation bonus gone.
Game crash as soon device went into sleep mode.
Health refills gone. Had to buy more healthpacks in order for them all to show up and be able to use them. After every game crash I had to do it again.... ( Worked atleast good enough to help my team throw Goodfellas out of top10 :-) )...
After updating game :
Brix and Health refills still not showing.
Unit and nation boost showing as normal.
Stats showing wrong.
Amount of units showing wrong.
After updating IOS :
Game crash during start up. Cant even enter game... Tried uninstall / install game but no change... I need a new game update asap.... Thx.
Edit : Crime City works perfect on the same device.
I am playing on an ipad2 using iOS 8.1. MW does open but freezes constantly for 30 seconds or so. I have posted on our faction wall to see how many people are having problems and will pass the info on soonest.
I am on android. The above problem now landed on droid. GREE may had fixed some of the IOS, but the problem now transfer to droid. ;-( ;-(Quote:

4.5.2 will not load on iphone4 7.1.2. Not at all.

Agreed, serves no useful purpose, adds no discernible value whatsoever and the game has been fried since it's arrival.
I'm waiting for Gree to tell me it's my phone that is the problem, it is an iPhone 3 something. Where was there obsolescence plan, where was the warning two years ago that gold spent now will be utterly useless when we upgrade the game and your device can't operate it. Plenty of other options out there, watch the videos every day for free gold, if it were not for my faction colleagues I would be gone already.
Patience they ask for, dear god if you would just test the product properly in the first place none of this would be happening. Useless.

I guess I'm lucky as I turned off the auto update and have refused to update the game until I knew the fixes actually worked. GREE says that they think it's a memory issue and from what I have been seeing on on my iPhone 5 for a couple months would almost seem to suggest the same. Personally, an overall of the maps need to be done by removing all the NPCs that are not needed. That will be a small start. I have noticed considerable lagging on my device with MW.
I see a bunch of complaints here regarding iOS which I am having same issues but no response from Gree as to anticipated solution to the problem. Right now the game is unplayable and I am close to not even trying anymore
