Agreed. Much easier to get a start on the epic bosses if you have the appropriate backups. Unless you magically fall into max level boss armors and chest armors, you're going to need something to start with. Clearly once you get get enough armors you can phase them out, but you always need backups.Quote:

Just out of curiosity does a 2-star armor take the same EP as a 1-star (gold) armor take? like Rageborne Raiment vs Hydra Hunter's Mail for example.
The EP required is apparently based on the max level of the armor rather than the star value. So it is judged on 1/30 or 1/70, etc.Quote:

No. According to the datasheet, leveling a max-50 armor to 50 takes 1540 enhancement points, but leveling a max-70 armor to 50 takes 2944 enhancement points.Quote:
