I think he was refereeing to those 18 inch pythons hanging off his shoulders not hanging of his waist.

Some of us mere mortals just call them arms, but at some point people refer to them as Guns when they are slightly swollen or in Seq's case when they can strangle you from 3 feet away - a python is a good mental image :)
