Warhead Event - Stresses and Successes

Getting more boxes from PvP lately - pretty popular event. A lot of folks have the Shark helicopter too!

Just got #7! Missed my 1 hr mark by about 35 minutes but it came thru! I also see numerous rivals with the BS chopper, close to 60 -70%

Things I'm noticing with this event.

Last three my main player was opening boxes 1 in every 2 tries. Now they are 1 in 8 to 9 tries but with a spree of opens 4 in a row for warheads and then back to nothing for a long stretch.

My LLP is up to 6 boxes already. So here are the stats so far, all opens are using cash. Not finding a lot of loot but a lot of sorries more than I have had in the past 3 events so if this is going to slide like the last events unless you got lots on day 1 you are probably screwed by now.

Bro1 = 3 warheads L93
Bro2 = 3 warheads L89
Me = 4 warheads L140
LLP = 6 warheads L64

What I am noticing this time out is that the lower level players are getting more opens. I know my brothers stats don't seem to reflect this but they also have not been finding as many boxes so that is why my stats look better even though my open to sorry ratio is higher.

What is surprising is my LLP who is really out ahead of us all and spending a lot less per open. Have a feeling that in the past opens may have been triggered by how much cash you spent overall but this time might be something different or 'luck' factor is based more on level to give the lower level players a chance since they are also getting lower value units than the top level players.

Anyone else still waiting for the BS chopper from the level 3 KA promo. I'm on lvl 23 in KA. Maybe I should post a poll. Will the BS heli hit my inventory before reaching level 30, 40, or 50?

I am still waiting, too. And seeing them on almost every player I attack. Sorta frustrating, but I can wait until after the event to send a ticket. I also don't think I ever got my 9-bar prize from the last event yet either.

Not getting a lot of chances to open here, but I didn't the last time either and still I git like 5 parts in the first 10 tries in 6-7 opens...

I've been getting sorries for the last 5 opens or so. Also I think I started this event rather late - only about 5 and a half days left when I started. What is the total amount of time given in this event?

Just got 4th warhead, feeling a bit better bout the event. Pretty amazed bout the rest of you guy's totals, think we'll be seeing a lot less tears and more celebration, 10th item is looking pretty attainable for quite a few here.

7 for 34 on WH opens. All crowbar cash opens.

95 hrs:10 min remain. I would feel more optimistic if I hadn't been in this same position last promo and ended up with 8after opening another 60+ crates.

just got my 8th...the same "accident" like WP has, if I remembered correctly??got a glitch but are able to open again, and got a nuke...LoL!!

Great to hear that people already has 8 or 8 Warheads, keep it up! :) I´m still stuck at 6, now 23 tries (14 sorrys) without one in a row.

Good for you. I got those glitches more than 5 times per any of the previous events but never got anything of value. Just some units, valor or even another sorry. Lol

gonna pass on this event again. I see no point since i'm not an energy build :D

Got 2 nukes this morning to take me upto 8. Also have 2 BS choppers wish the stats were higher on them

Oh my GAWD!! I cant believe my luck...got back to back nukes!!my ninth!!
I really overwhelmed by my luck...when you guys tell that starting from 7 its going downhill and all that...really wish this streak continues...
but now I have 0 boxes...gonna find one soon...

Good morning, attempt to open... SORRY!!

Still stuck at 4 lol it's getting comical now.

Finally got it! Took about 7 attempts after my 9th warhead, with two extra allies, one 300k and 4 sorries, but I am now the proud owner of a Covert Fighter Jet baby ;)

So apart from me how many other people have gotten the tenth warhead?

I'm in exactly the same spot with this event as I always seem to get to. I always use the middle option in terms of opening things. I'm sitting at 8 after a couple of days and I expect I'll still be sitting at 8 as the event ends, hit nine once with less than an hour to go but apart from that it always seems to be 8 for me. Even tried a hit a 4am to no avail when my wife woke me on her way to the toilet, not doing that again, you get verbal abuse at home for that!

8 now. 7 in the first 13 attempts and then 1 in the next 30+. I do not expect 9 let alone 10.

all medium chance openings.

Finally nuke #5 and now an auto Vulcan

Woke up at three am to take a poop and got number 8...lol. You are reading my mind. However I fully expect to get number nine before the real racketeering begins.I also always use the middle option. I am already beginning to get the other bonuses from the cases Ive accumulated, which were no where to be found yesterday.

Couldnt miss w/ warheads last two days....I know the drill now.

Just be happy with your prizes is all the advice I can provide. If you manage to get the final award congrats, forgive me tho if Im not holding my breath.

In addition to my 8th warhead, I also received a 'dragon soldier'...which had a nice A/D rating. Dont think ever gotten one.

Btw for anyone who's interested, the 65% faster recharge rate doesn't mean it takes fewer seconds to recharge, it means that it recharges 5 units at at time rather than 3

Is this confirmation true? You already have 10 Warheads I presume? :)

Got my 8th Nuke about 5:30am. I think waking up every hour is helping my chances. That is two during the night that I have recieved.

5 so far but its not halfway yet so I'm hopeful =)

Technically wouldnt that equate to fewer overall seconds to recharge.
