Defiant & Merciless sound familiar, but I don't recall Spectral NPCs.

yeah there's Spectral npc's. see 3 of them on offshore drilling rig

on Enemy Encampment

Are dread new too??

Also new "Dread" npcs have been out for the last 20 hours or so,
starting map Enemy Outpost,
eg Dread Rifleman 3x10, 1xp
