Hows about giving everybody a vault of gold for blowing their data plans
I had 2 months where I went over. I had to increase my plan the 1st time and this time at a $30 charge for going over.
I went over 10 gigs last month and I have a 20 gig plan, so that's 30 gigs of modern war, of course I use other apps but nothing like what I use on modern war. Oh well.
I have been forced to use Wifi only for this game now. So no playing on the road and no playing anywhere except @ home. Limits my involvement and means I might look @ something else that works better with my limited 6 gig dataplan.
No lose though Gree as I don't spend money on this game anyway since so much of it is not working properly/at all and the Glitches and Hacks pretty much own the game. Still fun but just think if it worked right, you could hold onto paying customers not just us free players.
Opened the updated ap. Collected and vaulted. Did 3 raids on one base. Hit the current FLTQ target twice. Returned to base and closed the ap.Quote:

Not fixed. Massive data surge doing anything from login to actually pushing buttons. I have a since stopped playing on my iPhone device due to overages.
Hi guys! I came back to the forum to catch up on what I am missing... apparently more of the same incompetence and poor service that drove me away in the first place.
It is concerning to see literally 40+ pages of people cursing gree and dramatically altering their routines and lives (driving miles out of the way to access a wi-fi) only to play a terrible game.
I thought this game was pretty cool... but after leaving it and experiencing some other titles from other developers, I'm able to say for certain that there are greener pastures.
Break the cycle, stand up for yourselves, and uninstall this piece of garbage. In 4 months of highly involved gameplay elsewhere... I have not had to contact support ONCE nor complain on a forum...
This negativity shouldn't be a way of life. It's a waste of valuable time, money and energy. The solution starts with you. Click the delete button and watch your happiness skyrocket.

Yeh I'm barely hanging on Pb, I'm playing another non gree game but I'm hoping this will be fixed. Just hanging in because of the money and time I've invested in the 10 months I've played this game. Out of all the glitches this games had this data surge has to be the worst. I will give it another week, if it's not fixed I'm out.

Gree, Tadaah, someone...... Can you give us an update on where this major issue is at?
Surely you have had enough time to resolve this issue. The excessive cost incurred by your consumers as a result of your recent changes to how much data your game uses is totally unacceptable.
To close the initial thread in the general forum and announce here that you have rectified this major issue is laughable.
Our teams are still looking for more ways to lower this. Many have come back with the previous fixes saying this has been resolved. We understand that there are still people experiencing this and are still working on more ways to resolve this for everyone. Thank you for your patience.
So, I originally report this on May 20, iirc. it is still a problem.
then, sell a LTQ building while doing a quick money collect and your support staff wants to cop a hard line.
tadaaah, wake up your support group before you smell any more of your customers disappearing!

Definitely still have the problem. I used 460mb of data in less than 24 hours of last boss and 1.7GB in last week between data and wifi.
Starting another new cycle and this issue remains unresolved. Any update on this Tadaah/Gree?
My android (Samsung Galaxy S4) has used 133mb since 23rd July. This still seems high.

When I go to my inventory, I frequently see the icons for the various units whirling away as it downloads the image. sometimes most of the images have to be downloaded. I'm assuming this is because the game doesn't cache the image file on the phone. Same goes for the buildings. My data surge is no more. In past two weeks my data is back to where it always was.
Actually....I'm seeing a spike again. I'm showing as 1.8gb used on iPad, 1.2 on one iPhone, the other I reset 4 days before the cycle ended and it used 132mb, but 3 of those days were home on wifi. Have a 4gb plan and used 95%...on MW.
More people in my faction are now reporting data usage spikes.
This is definitely still not fixed but this mob will just continue to treat us as mugs and tell us it's fixed when it's not.
