Yip same here. Not paying full price for a vault and no option to buy a cheaper option. Sucks big style. Less than a day to go on RB and can't buy a refill!
Kingdom Age has no option to buy gems. lol
All options are available to me. (DROID)
seems to be an Apple problem from other i have talked to.
My in app purchase store is normal. All options still available. (iOS)
Edit: Everything is normal in CCHD. CC universal (iOS) is as OP described. The only virtual currency purchase options are vault of cash and vault of gold.
Just vaults available to me too, not that I'm biting :)
