Top 2: 5% Mafia Attack
Top 3: 5% Mafia Defense
Top 10: 5% Influence Increase
And top 100: +1 upgrade.

Mod boosts for the lower ranked syn's would be nice, but I doubt we'll get many or any soon.
that i think is the reason why they are now awarding mods at the normal level for LTQ's (at least on MW they are), and even normal sometimes will require some gold.
No mods on normal level over here... :(
