I'm the SL of a great syn. I just took over and have reorganized to pushed to a Top 250 and beyond. I she'd some dead weight with more to follow. Palringo/ communication is a must along with active members. We also have the support of S4R a Top 50 syn. I'm on Palringo and Groupme.
